PYMATUNING CENTURY CLUB
RULES & REGULATIONS |

1. Caretaker quarters occupy all the second floor of the Club House and are private. They are there
for the protection and maintenance of the Club property. Do not impose on them for personal
services. The caretakers are authorized by the Board of Directors to request identification of
members and guests when deemed necessary.
2. Club facilities are not available for private parties.
3. Guests are welcome. Members should use discretion on days such as weekends and holidays
when the Club is used by a large number of the members. Facilities are limited.
4. Children or other non-members are not permitted to use the club house or premises
unless accompanied by a member or spouse of a member. The caretaker and all members
are, directed to enforce this rule.
5. All water craft on our grounds or in the water of our bay are subject to Pymatuning State Park
regulations and must be observed. Water craft must have all the permits (Mooring Decals and PA
registration) required by the State, and be current. State Mooring Decals must be placed on all
water craft left overnight and can only be purchased from the Club Treasurer each year. Boats with
motors must be registered with the State and the PA registration numbers displayed on the boat
and renewed every other year. Contact the Park office for registration forms. Failure to comply with
these regulations could result in a fine to the boat owner and/or loss of our lease.
6. Excessive use of intoxicating beverages and conduct unbecoming. a lady or gentleman will be
referred to the membership committee for action. Members are also responsible for the actions of
their guests.
7. Boats should not be tied up at the docks for more than twenty (20) minutes.
8. Swimming is confined to the roped off area.
There is no lifeguard on duty. Parents must
assume full responsibility for the safety of their children and be at the beach when they are in
the water.
9. No playing or running on the docks. Swimming from the docks is not permitted.
10. All club equipment must be cleaned and returned to the proper place after being used.
11. Garbage and other trash must be disposed of properly and put in the dumpster next to the
garage. Do not leave anything in the kitchen. Also check the grounds before you leave.
12. All perishable food left in the refrigerator after the weekends will be removed and disposed of.
13. No pets are permitted on weekends or holidays. Pets are not allowed in the club house at any
time. Pooper-scoopers and leashes are to be used at all times.
14. All gasoline, motors and flammable liquids should be stored in the garage.
15. Cars should be parked to the left of the drive or the small area across from the garage. Drive
slowly and watch for children.
16. The last member to leave the premises must check the club house to be sure all lights are off
and all doors are locked.
17. Positively no dumping of porta-potty waste into the club sanitation system.
18. The Pymatuning Century Club leases the 1 1/2 acre area, the club house and the garage, from
the State of Pennsylvania and is subject to all its rules and regulations. Officers, directors and
members of the club are held responsible, by terms of the lease, for enforcement of club rules and
state regulations.
Many of these rules and regulations are a condition of our lease with the State of Pennsylvania and
directed by the terms of our insurance. Others rules and regulations have been put into place by the
Board of Directors in order to make our facilities safe, attractive and pleasing to the membership.
Common sense should prevail. Your cooperation is expected and most appreciated.
