The Pymatuning Century Club is a family friendly social and sailing club in western PA. Located in Pymatuning State Park, and only about 1.5 hr. north of Pittsburgh, this is where we sail, talk about where we have sailed… or where we’d like to sail.
Here at PCC we are passionate about the unique sport of sailing and the benefits it offers and we love to share that passion. The southern half of the lake offers a 6 mile stretch of beautiful sailing between the dam and causeway. If you are new to the sport and would like to see if it may be something for you, we encourage you to come visit us. Join one of our members for a first sail, crew at a Wednesday night race, or try one of our club owned boats with another member. Our monthly Hors d’ oeuvre parties also offer a great opportunity to visit the facilities and meet our members.
We strongly believe that sailing is a multi-generational sport and kids of all ages are welcome and encouraged. From the time spent together on the water, to learning skills needed to sail your own boat, to maintenance work, to learning knots, and finally relaxing on shore – the entire family is engaged and kids are introduced to teamwork at an early age.
Our members enjoy the unique benefit of an on-site caretaker. Our facilities, equipment, and boats are under a watchful eye 24/7/365. Visit our membership page for more information!
Not a sailor yet? No problem – bring your kayak, canoe or a SUP and enjoy our quiet bay. Or better yet, see if our sailing school may be something of interest! Then relax on the porch or in our clubhouse. With our facilities available year-round our social events do not stop at the end of the sailing season.
