Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbz Italian or Fontina cheese, diced into 1" squares
6 garlic cloves thinly sliced
1 T minced fresh Thyme leaves
1 t minced fresh Rosemary
1 t kosher slat
1 t pepper
1 crusty French baguette
Olive oil for drizzle
Directions:
Preheat broiler. Evenly spread cheese cubes in pie plate. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Mix together spices and sprinkle over top. Broil for 6 minutes. Serve with bread chunks.
