Sue's Stuffed Phyllo Shells

Ingredients:

Pre bakes Phyllo shells (15)

1 lb cooked sausage

16 oz sour cream

8 oz shredded cheddar

1 packet of dry Ranch

Chopped scallions for garnish


Directions:

Mix together cooked sausage, sour cream, cheddar and Ranch packet. Stuff Phyllo shells. Bake 15 minutes at 325F. Garnish with scallions. Enjoy!
