Lidia's French Toast Breakfast Casserole

1/2 loaf white bread (Honey Wheat works well also)

6 eggs

1 and 1/2 c. milk

2-3 apples of your choice, peeled and sliced

1/2 c. raisins

1/2 c. melted butter

3 tsp cinnamon

1 c. br. sugar

1 tsp vanilla


Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Place bread 3 slices deep in the pan. Beat eggs and milk, pour over bread. Put apple slices and raisins on top of the bread. Combine butter, cinnamon, br. sugar, and vanilla. Pour

mixture on top of apples. Cover with foil and leave overnight in the fridge. Bake at 375F for 1 hour. Enjoy!
